Hi All, Would like to share my experiences with you all, as it would help you also to recover the data close to 100%. Our 2GB hard disk(HD) got dropped accidentally from 15 cm height and we were unable to view any of the data. Inference, HD is physically damaged and we need professional expertise to recover. DONT's 1. Multiple attempts to connect and retrieve data might increase the damage %. 2 Do not connect to TV's 3. Never try opening the HD by yourself 4.
