Clients reviews about Roots Data Recovery

One of the best Recovery centers in Hyderabad. My hardisk had Physical damage with maximum Pins broken,Went to multiple recovery centers but none of them were able to give me confidence regarding recovery. Balaraju garu has spoken very Professionally and explained me the technicality involved in this recovery. I said yes to go ahead the moment I spoke to him and Got back maximum data when I had 0 hopes on the recovery based on other recovery center's feedback. The way they took cross confirmation with me after the recovery, maintaining confidentiality and providing assurance of our data being safe in their hands is a top notch on their side.Fully satisfied with their service and I suggest this center (near sivam temple) to others without a second thought. ~ Hari k

FANTASTIC experience with reasonable charges, full transparency on how the process works, and great recovery! Sharath / Mahesh / Balaraju sir are very very knowledgeable and experienced in this niche hardware-software space! I had spilled boiling hot kashayam on my old MacBook Pro and it obviously shorted and conked off! Biggest stress was my 12 years of data, which I had not properly backed up. They explained their process very simply. I dropped off the spoilt laptop. Step by step they recovered ALL the data and I did not have to visit also - they showed me the recovered contents via remote access, and even couriered (Denzo) the final recovered data on a new disk I purchased & gave them. BIG relief and very smooth process barely 3-4 days. (Belated) thanks, guys!! ~ I S

Hi All, Would like to share my experiences with you all, as it would help you also to recover the data close to 100%. Our 2GB hard disk(HD) got dropped accidentally from 15 cm height and we were unable to view any of the data. Inference, HD is physically damaged and we need professional expertise to recover. DONT's 1. Multiple attempts to connect and retrieve data might increase the damage %. 2 Do not connect to TV's 3. Never try opening the HD by yourself 4. Few have a habit of rectifying HD by watching videos on social media Do's 1. Always maintain 2 copies of data (Obviously in different storage) 2. If error or issues. Avoid multiple attempts and connect with data recovery professional/experts immediately without delays. I strongly recommend Roots Hard Disk Recovery, due to below reasons: 1. Balaraju is an expert professional with Highest success rate 2. They explain the issue and solution in detail to the users, which helps decision making easy. 3. Trustworthy Cheers! ~ Kishore I

I had a Seagate external hard drive that suddenly stopped working. It was not detecting on my system and was making unusual noises. I initially visited a local store in Vizag, but they informed me that recovery was not possible there and suggested checking in Hyderabad.
